Düsseldorf, 14.11.2008 – The biotechnology-company evocatal has appointed a team of renowned scientists including specialist from different research fields into its scientific advisory board.

evocatal, a company which has been founded as a spin-off of the HHUD in 2006, has held the constituent meeting of the newly appointed advisory body on 14 Nov 2008.

The advisory board includes renowned experts of different research fields of the life science sector, namely chemical scientists Prof. Dr. Manfred T. Reetz and Prof. Dr. Michael Mueller as well as experts for biotechnology or biocatalysts Prof. Dr. Karl-Erich Jaeger, Prof. Dr. Werner Hummel and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Streit. The meeting notably strengthens the scientific expertise of evocatal in the different areas of research and business.

The scientific advisory board will come together at regular intervals. Prof. Dr. Manfred T. Reetz is Chairman of the advisory body and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Streit was elected as Deputy Chairman.
